We are taking several inquires per day which means we are booking out several weeks in advance. There is no specific time line in order to book with me however, please keep in mind that dates are subject to availability and I may not be able to provide you with your specific request in a short time frame. If you need a topper or anything personalized that needs to be purchased, please message me within at least three weeks before the event/pick up date.
For any orders placed less than one week from the pickup date, there will be a $25 rush fee added to the total of the order.

Deposits/Retainer Fees are required to cover the cost of ingredients, equipment, and more importantly securing an available spot with Down South Desserts. The initial deposit reserves your event date and is non-refundable and non-transferable. When we take your order we begin the process of declining other orders. Its monetary value cannot be applied to store credit or a later date. A 50% deposit will need to be placed at the time of ordering your item(s). Until the deposit is paid, your date is not held and your spot can not be guaranteed. We are happy to reschedule your order if we have availability however, please note this deposit is non-refundable in the event that the event is cancelled or rescheduled for any reasons.

For orders placed under $100, full payment is due no later than 21 days prior to pickup date. Any payments for orders not received will not be made and the deposit will not be refunded. You are responsible for insuring that you know the due dates as listed on the invoice. If your order is placed less than 21 days prior to the pickup date, full payment is due at the time of the order being placed.

Weddings and orders placed over $100, full payment is due no later than 30 days prior to pickup date. Any payments for orders not received will not be made and the deposit will not be refunded. You are responsible for insuring that you know the due dates as listed on the invoice. If your order is placed less than 30 days prior to the pickup date, full payment is due at the time of the order being placed.

Down South Desserts is not liable for any damages after the order is delivered or picked up. Please keep in mind my desserts are made with fresh ingredients and items need to be kept refrigerated and level at all times. Only handle boxes by the sturdy bottom and do not press in on the sides or top of the box.

The date that you reserve is the date that you will pick up. If you have an early event and need your item(s) the day before please reserve the day before and not the day of your event. I may not have availability to change the time of pick up at the last minute.

When you place your order you are agreeing to pick up at the specified time and date listed on the invoice at "The Blackstock Market" locally known as 'Kay's Corner.' The address is 969 Blackstock Road Pauline, SC 29374. If you need me to meet or deliver please let me know at the time your order is placed and the extra fee will be applied to your order then.

My products may contain and or come in to contact with allergens. Please be mindful of this and do not place an order if you or your guests have allergies to certain things. You are responsible for acknowledging any and all possible allergies with your guests. We are a dairy, wheat, shellfish, and nut loving facility and can not be held liable for any allergen contamination.
